A phrase that I feel suits what can be described as the initial beginning stage best. While most would reference the term upon falling backwards, I prefer to reference it here in a way that depicts a refreshing new beginning. A falling upwards of sorts, or better yet, coming full circle. A leader must be close enough to relate, yet far enough ahead to motivate.
